Quality assurance and process optimisation have a high priority for us, helping us to achieve the best-possible customer satisfaction. For this reason, as one of the first owner-managed recycling companies, in 1998 we introduced a comprehensive quality management system certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most widespread and significant standard when it comes to quality management, both nationally and internationally. It acts as a mark of assurance for consistent quality at high levels and, alongside this high quality, it also represents safety and reliability. 

In addition, we have been certified as a Specialist Waste Management Company with scrap vehicle disposal since 1998. This monitoring certificate is based on § 52 of the German Kreislaufwirtschafts- und Abfallgesetz (Recycling and waste legislation) and was issued by the ESN (Association of German steel and non-ferrous metal recycling industry). This certifies that we handle waste professionally and under the maintenance of all legal regulations. 

The maintenance of the standards specified by this certification is regularly proofed by an external audit and is guaranteed by the appropriate certification.
